The invention relates to an assembly for supplying and protecting radiocommunication blocks, mounted on open lines poles, which is designed for ensuring a secure autonomous functioning thereof. For this purpose, the assembly comprises a a cabinet (7) containing the radiocommunication equipments whose aerials are placed on high voltage open lines poles, using some feeders mounted through a cable descending platform a circuit for the protection and supply of the equipments of signal communication systems, supplied in its turn from the local public low voltage network from a junction box (10) with a safety fuse separator (11), a current limiting automatic cut out (12), a consumer energy meter (13) and three low voltage lightning arresters (14) mounted between the threephase networks phases and the local grounding respectively, from the junction box (10), the supply is continued with a low voltage open-air transmission line and further with a junction box (17), a low voltage underground junction cable (18) to a separation cabinet (19) located under the high voltage pole, the electric connection between the junction box (17) and the separation cabinet (19) is carried through a threephase junction box (18) with four-wire metal shield, the separation cabinet (19) contain a separating transformer (21) and an arrester (22) installed between the respective neutral, the shielding of the junction cable and the earthing of the high voltage pole upstream of the separating transformer (21) and other low voltage arresters (23), a double-ring global earth grounding socket (PG), made of two earthing electrodes interconnected by two symmetrically placed perimeters (P1) and (P2) respectively around the interconnected legs of the high voltage pole bottom of high voltage pole, said perimeters being made of platband and attached by continuous welding seams around the concreted platform (28).
