Descriere:
The invention relates to a chemical composition for improving degraded lands, to a process for preparing the same and to a process for the utilization of said composition. According to the invention, the composition comprises perlite, cellulose, lignin, humic acids, protein substances, mineral substances, water, propagules of microorganism-producing fungi of genus Glomus and propagules of Bacillus subtilis and Azosspirillum braziliense bacteria. According to the invention, the process comprises the following steps : mixing the exhausted substrate, resulting from the cultivation of Pleurotus mushrooms with dipotassium phosphate at 55 ... 57A C for 30 min., cooling down to the environment temperature, inoculating with controlled-release biopreparations, based on Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma viride, maintaining for 7 ... 8 days while stirring, crushing the resulting product, sieving the product, mixing it with perlite, packaging the resulting product and sterilizing the package product with ionizing radiations, successively inoculating the sterilized material in aseptic conditions with an axenic suspension which contains spores of Glomus sp. and also with a suspension of Bacillus subtilis bacteria. The process for the utilization of the claimed composition for the improvement of degraded lands consists in preparing in a well known manner the degraded lands for stabilization and drainage, cultivating hairy vetch (Vicia pilosa) on said land, covering the formed green layer with a biodegradable film, prepared by directly spraying a solution of protein isolate from rape seed, polyvinyl alcohol, glycerine, ammonium salt of aluminium chelate hydrate with carminic acid and water, transplanting some pots made of biodegradable plastic material with seedlings of culturing plants in the phenophase of the real leaves formation, resulting from seeds sowed into the claimed composition and maintaining the resulting crop.
