Description:

Inventia se refera la o seringa fara ac si la utilizarea acesteia pentru administrarea medicamentelor cu actiune lenta sau pentru administrarea de material genetic in celulele vii ale pielii, in scopul terapiei genetice pe termen lung. Seringa fara ac, conform inventiei, este alcatuita dintr-un rezervor (11) aflat in interiorul unui corp alungit (10) fixat de o portiune cilindrica (24), in interiorul carora culiseaza mijloace de actionare pentru asigurarea unei presiuni gazoase pe partea din amonte a unei membrane (34), fracturabila, care inchide initial pasajul catre o duza tubulara (26), alungita, presiune suficienta pentru a rupe membrana (34) si a determina un flux supersonic de gaz, in care sunt antrenate particulele de agent terapeutic (32), prin duza tubulara (26), particulele de agent terapeutic fiind localizate intre membrana fracturabila (34) si o diafragma fracturabila (33), ambele extinzandu-se transversal in interiorul duzei tubulare (26).
