Invenţia se referă la o metodă de cre?tere a toleranţei organismului mamifer, incluzând omul,la tratamentul cu citostatice, în monochimioterapie ?i polichimioterapie, prin asocierea apei sărăcite în deuteriu (ASD), în concentraţie de 60 ppm, prin dietă zilnică ad libitum, înainte de tratamentul cu citostatice, în timpul ?i după încetarea tratamentului, ca adjuvant pentru reducerea toxicităţii citostaticelor.
